Financial Integrators and its affiliates (“Financial Integrators” or “we”, “us”, or “our”), respect
your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy
(the “Policy”). This Policy governs the manner in which we may collect from or that you (a
“User”) may provide when you visit the website www.financialintegrators.com website (“Site”)
and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This Policy applies to information we collect:

collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically
and become aware of modifications.
Your acceptance of these terms
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this Policy and terms of service. If you do not
agree to this Policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the
posting of changes to this Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
Opt-Out/Correction/Deletion Requests
You may receive mailings or emails from us with news or other information on events, products,
services, discounts, upcoming events or other offers from us or on our behalf. If at any time you
wish to stop receiving emails, mailings, or other communications from us please reply to any of
our emails and type “unsubscribe” in the subject line or send us an email to
info@financialintegrators.com and we will remove you from our mailing list. Please note that we
may continue to send transactional or account-related messages to you.
Alternatively, for email communications, you may opt out of receiving such communications by
following the unsubscribe instructions set forth in the messages you receive from us. Your
unsubscribe request or email preferences change will be processed promptly, though this
process may take several days. During that processing period, you may receive additional email
or text/SMS communications from us.
We will support your ability to access, correct, and delete your Personal Information. If we have
obtained your Personal Information from another third party, we may confirm your request

California and Other State Law Privacy Rights
California
If you are a California consumer, the following provisions apply to our processing of information
that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could
reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you or your household (“California Personal
Information”). For California consumers, the provisions of this California Addendum prevail over
any conflicting provisions in other sections of this Policy.
We have collected the following categories of California Personal Information within the last 12
months from the sources listed below:
● Identifiers, such as a real name, physical address, unique personal identifier, online
identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, or other similar
identifiers. This category of information is collected from you, your devices, third parties
(such as linked sites), and public databases.
● Commercial information, including products or services purchased, obtained, or
considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies. This category of
information is collected from you, your devices, other Financial Integrators affiliates, or
other third parties such as our business partners.
● Internet or other similar network activity, including, but not limited to, browsing history,
search history, browser settings like language preference, and information regarding a
consumer's interaction with a website, application, or advertisement. This category of
information is collected from you and your devices.
● Geolocation data, including physical location or movements. This category of information
is collected from you and your devices.
● Sensory data, including electronic, visual, or similar information. This category of
information, such as photos, is collected from you and third parties (such as linked sites),
or our service providers.
● Inferences, such as a profile about a consumer's preferences, characteristics, and
behavior, drawn from information we collect and insights we receive from third parties
such as our marketing and advertising partners and data analytics providers.

For each of the above categories, we use the California Personal Information for a variety of
business purposes such as:
● Helping us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support
needs, including maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, fulfilling
transactions, verifying identity information, processing payments, and other services;
● In the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and
resources provided on our Site;
● Improving our Site offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you;
● Supporting the functionality of our Site by detecting and protecting against security
incidents, and malicious, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity, and debugging and
repairing errors in our system;
● To provide service to Users’ orders. We do not share this information with outside parties
except to the extent necessary to provide the service;
● Marketing materials, including emails that may include company news, updates, related
product or service information and short-term use of information for contextual
customization of ads;
● Internal research to develop and demonstrate our technology;

Section of this Policy.
We may also use the information we collect for our own operational purposes, purposes for
which we provide you additional notice, or for purposes compatible with the context in which the
California Personal Information was collected.
Within the last 12 months, we have disclosed California Personal Information for our business
purposes. To learn more about the categories of third parties with whom we share such
information, please see the “How and With Whom We Share Your Information” Section of this
Policy.
We do not sell and, within the last 12 months, we have not sold, California Personal Information,
including California Personal Information of individuals under 16 years of age.
Your California Privacy Rights
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any
information:
● The right to request that we disclose to you:
o the specific pieces of California Personal Information we have collected;
o the categories of California Personal Information we have collected about you;
o the categories of sources from which the California Personal Information is
collected;
o our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling California Personal
Information; and
o the categories of third parties with whom we share California Personal
Information.
o The right to request that we delete California Personal Information about you.

As required under applicable law, please note that we will take steps to verify your identity
before granting you access to information or acting on your request to exercise your rights. We
may require you to provide your first name, last name, and email address to verify your identity
in response to exercising requests of the above type. You will, therefore, need access to your
email account to receive our communications necessary to process your request. Please make
sure to check your spam inbox to ensure these important communications are not missed. We
may limit our response to your exercise of the above rights as permitted under applicable law.
When you submit a request to exercise your rights above, we will use the information you
provide to process your request and to maintain a record of your request and our response, as
permitted under applicable law.
Under California law, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
You may make such a designation by providing the agent with written permission to act on your
behalf. We will require the agent to provide proof of that written permission. As permitted by law,
we may require you to verify your own identity in response to a request, even if you choose to
use an agent.
Non-Discrimination
We may not discriminate against you because of your exercise of any of the above rights or any
other rights, subject to the rights and the obligations under the California Consumer Privacy Act,
including by:
● Denying you goods or services;
● Charging different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of
discounts, loyalty programs, or other benefits or imposing penalties;
● Providing you a different level or quality of goods or services; or
● Suggesting that you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a
different level or quality of goods or services.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA privacy rights.
California Job Applicants
In the context of job applications, we also collect information from you and third parties,
including business contact information such as company name, physical address email address,
education information, and past work experience. If you complete an application for employment
with us or request information regarding such opportunities, California Personal Information you
provide to us (such as information contained in a resume or cover letter) in connection with your
request for information and/or to evaluate your application for employment will be processed in
accordance with our California Job Applicant Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Other States
Eligible residents of Virginia, Colorado, Nevada, Connecticut, Utah, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa,
Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon,
Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, and states with other similar laws that may be applicable
(“Covered States”) also have rights with respect to the Personal Information that we collect
about you. This section supplements this Policy and applies solely to eligible residents of
Covered States.
Any terms not defined in this section have the same meaning as defined under applicable
Covered State privacy law, including the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Colorado
Privacy Act, Nevada Privacy of Information Collected on the Internet from Consumers Act,
Connecticut Data Privacy Act, Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Delaware Personal Data Privacy
Act, Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act, Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act, Kentucky
Consumer Data Privacy Act, Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, Minnesota Consumer Data
Privacy Act, Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act, Nebraska Data Privacy Act, New Hampshire
Data Privacy Act, New Jersey Data Privacy Law, Oregon Consumer Data Privacy Act, Rhode
Island Data Transparency and Privacy Protection Act, Tennessee Information Protection Act,
and Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (“Covered State Laws”). Subject to certain exceptions,
if you are an eligible resident of one of these states and the Covered State Law of your state of
residency applies to us, you have certain privacy rights which may include, depending on your
state of residency:
● Right to Access: You have the right to confirm whether we process your personal
information and access such personal information. You also have the right to obtain your
personal information in a portable, and to the extent reasonable feasible, readily usable
format that you can transmit without hinderance.
● Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete the personal information
you have provided to us or that we have otherwise obtained about you.
● Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccuracies in your
personal information, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the
purposes of the processing of your personal information.
● Right to Opt Out: You have the right to opt out of the processing of your personal
information for the purposes of (i) targeted advertising, (ii) the sale of your personal
information and (iii) profiling in furtherance of decisions, including, for eligible residents of
Connecticut, solely automated decisions, that produce legal or similarly significant
effects. We do not “sell” your information as defined in Covered State Laws.
● Right to Appeal: You have the right to appeal our decision with regard to your request
to exercise any rights described herein.
