Dale serves as Integrator for Financial Integrators. In this role he turns the firm’s vision into action, chairs weekly leadership meetings, and keeps processes aligned so the entire team stays focused on clients. Dale focuses on building personalized integrated strategies centered around financial planning, investment planning, estate planning and tax planning. He listens first, explains options clearly, and delivers roadmaps designed to help families and business owners make informed decisions. He strives to provide confidence that comes from working with a team who keeps the whole train on the tracks.
A Coe College business graduate with an economics minor, Dale has been with the firm since 2011 and lives in Eastern Iowa with his wife Anna and their three children.
