Jamie serves as an our Operations Team Lead, she has been in the industry for over 12 years. She specializes in operations support by preparing paperwork, processes new business applications and handles customer service items. She is also a residential Realtor. Prior to the firm Jamie worked for a title company in Waterloo in addition to working as a receptionist at a salon in Cedar Falls during college.
