Required Information in order to register online:

  • Full Name (First & Last)
  • Date of Birth
  • Social Security Number
  • Full Account Number - This will only be asked for investors that have accounts with National Financial Services (NFS) at multiple broker dealers
  • Access to receive a call or text from the phone number listed on the profile of the client’s brokerage account.

*Once logged in, you will be prompted to set up E-delivery for statements and tax documents.


Option 1: https://www.mystreetscape.com/auth/cir/login Click on Forgot Password on the Sign In page, enter Username or Investor ID, select Text Me or Call Me, Enter the Security Code received via Text/Call, on the reset password window - follow the guidelines to Enter a New Password, in the Confirm Your Password field, enter New Password again (after 3 attempts you will be locked out)
